Free World Wilde Web

Free Word Wilde Web is aiming at making easy and accessible for anyone to self-host and own their online services.
Currently fwww.org is hosted on a RaspberryPi in the washing room of a flat in South London, UK.

FWWW will actively look for collaborators, but we are still woking on the infrastructure to enable collaboration.
We aim at leveraging exclusively open source, self-hosted services, currently this is the core stack we are considering:

• PocketID - for users authentication
• TinyAuth - to allow OIDC support for PocketID for services that do not natively support OIDC
• gitea - to self host FWWW git repository and open it to collaborators
• Komodo - to manage the Docker containers running the services mentioned above

The first mission of FWWW.org will be to proide an easy to use self-hostable stack to publish personal static websites.
We are currently considering the following stack:

• NGINX Proxy Manager - to serve the website and manage SSL certificates
• gitea - to host the git repository of the website
• Sveltia - for headless CMS
• 11ty - as static website generator
